Amazing work by the Oklahoma City Police Department on getting this criminal back behind bars.
In 1980, Ricky Milligan was sentenced to 50 years in prison for kidnapping and rape, but he only served 24 years. In 2010, he was sentenced to 13 years in prison for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon — he served just 4 years. Now, he's been taken in AGAIN after a victim reported him for stalking.
The criminal justice system HAS to be harder on violent, repeat offenders. It's time to hold these criminals accountable for their actions.VIOLENT CONVICTED FELON ARRESTED FOR STALKING
September 21st officer arrested 65-year old Ricky Milligan on a warrant for felony stalking related to a case being investigated by OKCPD detectives. (#23-66028/#23-69520)
This after Milligan had previous convictions and served prison time for kidnapping, rape and assault & battery with a dangerous weapon.

Hope he never gets out again. Keep us up how this turns out. Thanks officers for your work! 💙🙏🏻
Absolutely
Good work OCPD🖤💙🖤
Great Job..
That's why more people need open carry & concealed carry, to protect themselves from the criminals that the justice system can't seem to protect us from!
This guy should have been pushing up daisies long, long ago. Let’s face it, some people are evil and cannot be rehabilitated.
Thanks for getting this creep off the streets!
Don't let him out
Good job!
Third time? Life, no parole!
This is precisely why we have a 2nd amendment. Our founding fathers knew that cops can’t be everywhere at once. There are some things citizens should handle themselves
I love he is locked up again……. The revolving door puts us All risk!
Good luck. They're criminals protecting other criminals.
Dude needs Jesus
Yay need to keep these thugs off the streets
SUCKER IS BACK HOME!!!!!!!
He looks like a miserable individual. Good job OKCPD 🚔

Proud of you all but also worry about you. Hope the hazmat suits are tough enough to protect the handling of. Yes, I am a little off center but…maybe any dealers on death row should be given a taste of their own “medicine”. Take care. You’re the best. 💙🙏🏻
